APPIA
天現寺のイタリアン、APPIAでディナー。
ワゴン形式で運ばれてくる前菜とドルチェに、席に着いて早々、大喜びの連れが大人げなくて可愛いく 思わず吹き出してしまった。
食いしん坊な私の連れでなくても、ワゴンいっぱいに運ばれてくるドルチェには、特に女の子は楽しめるのではないでしょうか。
・苺のシャンパン
・ワイン（白）Barthenau Vigna S. Michele
フルーティーなものをと頼んだけれど、私の口にはあまり合いませんでした・・。
前菜
・ラタトゥイユ
・やりいかのイカスミ和え
・イサキのカルパッチョ
・牡蠣のコロッケ
・穴子のチーズ焼き
牡蠣嫌いな私ですが、これは美味しくいただけました！
パスタ
・しらすとルッコラのパスタ
・バジルのパスタ
・はまぐりのパスタ
パスタは、２人で３種オーダーして、量を調整してもらいました。
メインはお魚で。
・金目のムニエル
ドルチェ
・パパイヤ
・プリン
もう一品は失念。
味に特筆するものはなかったかもしれませんが、ワゴンからあれこれ 前菜やドルチェを選べたり、メインの調理方法を選べる楽しさは魅力です。
